Greetings - I need some assistance on interpreting this drawing. The .62R red circled seems incorrect given this is a full scale drawing when compared with the .820R shown. Unfortunately this drawing is no longer to scale due to photo copying (top dimension is actually 7.750 with the ruler) so I can't simply use a drill bit to gauge. This radius looks like a clearance relief so want to get it right.

Checking my drawing I believe it should be 0.062"R. It scales pretty close to the #30 holes. NOTE: my drawing does not scale exactly either.
