Does anyone have experience updating the database on a KLN 89B? The data cards are available, but they are quite expensive. With the right cables/program/hardware it should be possible to download the data via internet. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks Mark Russell |

Mark, Check with BendixKing, they have software to update the DB. Here; https://www.bendixking.com/wingman/Gps/ ... ontent.jsp read the "requirements and instructions" that should help guide you through the process. |

Lee, Thanks for the information on database updates for the KLN 89B. I checked out the link you sent and it seems pretty straightforward. I made up a data transfer cable last night, just for the cable making practice and to get ready. Will post if I have any surprises in the updata process. Mark Russell |
