In trying to keep pencil pushers happy, I am looking for moment arm (& reference datum) of instrument panel. I am removing ~20 lbs. of unwanted transistors (& associated electrons).
Thanks

Sorry - Forgot to mention T-18 CW (S-18)

Doug,
I'm on the road and do not have all my drawings on computer. But the T18 580A drawing shows the top of the panel is station number 62.6. I believe the S should be the same. But it depends on where you mounted your panel and what datum you are using.

I should have also mentioned that the panel is usually not mounted exactly vertical to the datum. If I were to guess, I'd use 63 or 63.5 as a centerline.

Doug,
My panel is mounted vertical/perpendicular to WL 42 at the intersection with -603, according to the plans it is STA 65.66. You'll need to determine where your panel is in relation to a known location, every airplane it seems is different.
