During my last 24 month x-pondr check it was noted that the stainless steel antenna had a bit of "corrosion"/crude on it that was interfering with the ground test . It would only "test" if the probe for the test box was rotated around the antenna to find a sweet spot . We cleaned it with a 3M pad and now checks good on deck ! Something you might want to consider before your next test is to clean the thing with a scotch brite pad . RB
