Still another option for installing ADS-B out . uAvionix has come out with their wing tip unit . "Easy as replacing your current wing tip position lite ?" A matching lite for the other side is also suppose to be coming out . It sez no additional wiring or antennas required . Everything done wireless . Here is the iFLY site , http://www.adventurepilot.com or you can probably order from uavionix directly . Pretty sure iFLY has free shipping and no tax if outside TX .  RB

I looked at this at Oshkosh, it is ADS B out only and some where around $2000. If all you need is ADS b in this it a great unit. I wanted IN for the weather. |
