Hi Gang, does anyone have a GRT EIS 4000 I can buy or borrow? Mine developed the display issue shown below, probably due to ridiculously high humidity for days on end here in the Pacific NW that resulted in condensation, like, everywhere. I tried drying it out with moving air and heat for several days -- no joy.

Quick question -- I accidentally reset all the settings in my EIS 4000 and had to reprogram the dang thing. All good except the Voltmeter -- it reads 40 percent too high.

Their manual says:

-- Voltmeter reads to high. All else OK.
-- An "update" version of software has been installed, and the setting on the Units page (the H/N setting) is incorrect.

No update has been installed, just the accidental reset. The manual doesn't say HOW to fix the H/N setting, whatever that is. Support person wants me to send the box in for bench test, which takes me down for a week or more, and here comes Oshkosh. Perfectly usable as-is as long as I consider 18.5 to be 12.5 (engine off), and 20.something to be 14.5 (engine running and alternator on).

Any ideas? I really don't want to be without airplane right now.
