EAA Chapter 454 has, once again, been able to notionally reserve 10 rooms for this year’s AirVenture. The dates are July 20, 2020 to July 26, 2020. As in the past, a one-night reservation fee is due when making the reservation. The reservation must be for a three-night minimum. A significant change for this year is that the deposit must be made by January 15th, with the balance due in June. We have requested the air-conditioned rooms and the rate remains $125 per night for a two bed room. It also appears that they will be collecting a bed tax of 10%.
Please get your desire to participate to me as soon as you make your decision. I will do my best to accommodate your situation.
