Oshkosh 2023 is July 21st through the 31st
We will check-in under our group name of "Thorp T-18"
Deposits are $125 (air-conditioned) or $75 (non-air-conditioned) and are due by October 11, 2022 (*See below)
All deposits are non-refundable.
Room rates are $125/night (plus $12.50/night tax) for air conditioned and $75/night (plus $7.50/night tax) for non-air conditioned

Here is a breakdown of the deadlines for 2023:
1. All rooms must be confirmed by paying deposit on or before OCTOBER 11, 2022. (*I will front the deposit for 5 rooms, so if you know you want a room, send me your deposit before October 11, 2022 so I can save the 5 room for others who are still deciding)
2. Full payment for all reserved rooms must be received on or before JUNE 14, 2023.
3. Final name roster for our group must be submitted to UW-OSH by JUNE 24, 2023
4. Group reservation becomes 100% non-refundable after JULY 14, 2023 at 5:00PM CDT

Along with your deposit, I need to know your room type (A/C or non A/C), check-in and check-out dates. Please PM me and I will give you my mailing address for you to mail your deposit check. Or, you can Paypal to friends.

There is one room remaining in our block of rooms for Osh 2023. If you want a room, shoot me a private message or email.
