I just received this email below from UW Oshkosh:

Thank you for your interest in staying here at UW Oshkosh!
We are happy to inform you that group reservations for Summer 2026 Lodging will be open on Monday, November 3rd at 9:00 AM.
Further information will be provided next week via email.

Not much info to go on there, but I just checked their website and it says the A/C rooms will now be $175/night (3 night minimum). I can only assume they will require one nights room deposit like past years. As you can see from the email, they did not provide any deadlines for future payments as they have done in years past either. If you plan to reserve a room, PM me and I will provide you with payment methods for the deposit.

Hopefully they will email me with more information next week, which I will pass on here.

Just received the below email from UW Osh about our rooms: (Please have your $175 deposit to me by November 3rd. Sorry for the late notice. I am pushing this all out as soon as I get it from UW Osh. I will login on Nov 3rd and reserve our group of rooms.)

Once reservations open on November 3, please login to the same link and you will be able to submit your request. Please submit this form by Sunday, November 9, at 11:59 p.m. CDT. At that time, the form will close for group reservation requests. Our staff will review your request and follow up with a confirmation of your reserved spaces.
Please note that this is a request form—we will do our best to accommodate your preferences, but availability may impact your final reservation.

Stewart Hall
Horizon Village

Saturday, July 18:

Scott Hall
Taylor Hall
Fletcher Hall

Please note: select floors in Scott and Taylor Halls will open on Monday, July 20.
All guests must check out by 12:00 noon (CST) on Monday, July 27.
