Great to put a face to multi-names. Haha. Whenever you want to see the project, let me know. I won't be back there this month. Time to focus on the annual check ride.
I would like to visit your shop as well.

Coming home I made one stop in Richfield, UT. Goin' high and a little tailwind helps!

BTW... Denver to Visalia, I had to fool around avoiding low clouds in and around the Rockies for almost an hour, until I decided to get above it all and go for it. Light headwinds. 5.5 hrs and 37.9 total gallons (one stop at Milford, UT)... 6.89 gal/hr.

Visalia to Denver, 5.1 hrs and 33.3 gals... 6.53 gal/hr.

I think John Evens has a tanker on station for those kinds of fuel numbers ! Sounds like a lot of "fuzzy math" to me !

Dang, John. Every time we meet up out west I am proud of how little fuel I burn - and you burn less!!
I don't know how you do it. I burned 7.1gph enroute. Still not good enough for John "CAFE" Evans!

I forgot to mention that Rich Brazell gave a great talk on survival & survival kits, complete with an empty-chair conversation with Fraser, ala Clint Eastwood. I wish I'd gotten a picture... thanks Rich!

She took some good pics didn't she Lou, fine job Renee!!! Had to sit and look at em a good long while, we had a good line up did we not. I look back at the PTV flyins from by gone days,I showed up at my first flyin with not much more than my ailerons built and no pilot license.Everyone there always helped me and spent time explaining the how's and whys. In my mind gatherings are as important as they are fun..........thanks Lou.........Dan

Dan...you and your crew put on a great fly in ! Perfect WX, great location for the AC (EAA park) and outstanding vittles ! Normally the WX in the Central Valley is not to my liking (hot, humid, bugs, tule fog , dust storms, T-storms and Blue light specials !) , but the grass location with the trees and a gently breeze made it a perfect day ! Lou..."Your Lady" did take some nice pics ! I hope I was PC ?
