Spring T-18 Gathering will be hosted by Scott Hinton at Elizabeth City, NC.

Scott got about 1/4 way through his sales pitch on the location before I was sold. This one is going to be great!

Scott,

Is there another place to stay that is not a B&B? I would like to come but I can't commit at this time due to possible family obligations and work travel. I also hope that Dick Wolfe is able to get his butt in gear so that we can fly down together.( just kidding Dick)

I bought the charts and other than the border crossing procedures that seem to be changing faster than they can be communicated, and a few hills, everything looks like it will be a nice flight.

For those not wishing to stay at the Culpepper Inn, I would suggest the Fairfield Inn,(252)333-1003, www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/orfec-fa ... beth-city/ Not quite the character of the B&B, but a nice, comfortable place to stay. Discounted rate is $89. Please tell them you're with the the Thorp group.
