Good deal Rich, the KVIS Clan had a 45-50 min flight home and we flew in under the muck but got home safe. Tony and Star, thanks much, the gathering was nothing less than a success and the food was great. it was good to see those that I haven't seen in awhile but I will hope to see again in KVIS. Thanks much for the good time goes out to the Ginns!!!! Dan

Awesome time. Many thanks to Tony and Starr, who know how to host a shindig. Many laughs and good memories. A non-sharable video taken by the junior estrogen offspring unit now exists of my retirement plans as a professional Hula dancer. Thanks Elaine Ginn!!

See you all in Sedona. Merry Christmas!!

You looked like you were really getting into the Hula lesson, Lou!
I remember when we co-hosted a Thorp fly-in here in Colorado and Elaine gave us a hula lesson... Gary Green was the "star" of that experiment.
Remember that, guys? :o

Tony and Star,

Thank you so much for your hospitality having all of us out to your beautiful home in Rosamond. The flying, food, drinks, conversation, laughter and dancing was wonderful and much needed. Chris and I had a great time flying our birds out to see everyone. Hopefully this is the start of many more fly-in adventures together with you all.

Take care and happy landings!

First, let me take care of necessary Additions & Corrections:
Dean Cuke!! (Sorry, I don’t think we ever got to a last name basis. That’s a good thing.)
Ira Zermeno flew in with his son, IRA JR
Scott Jones flew in with his son, LOGAN (future T-18er!!)
Bill Jennings is BUILDER & owner and is knee deep & and closing-in on his T-18 rebuild (panel & paint)
Also arriving by car was Paul Reukauf – former T-18 owner

Sunday Morning Fly-Out was enjoyed by:
Tony - Thorp 1
Dixie-Fried Lou & Renee – Thorp 2
Brian – Thorp 3
Cubes – Thorp 4
Erin & Phil – Thorp Photo
The Comedy Team of Brazell & Kerr – Keeping our Six clear and safe

I’ll get with Lee to see why the site won’t upload any of my pics. In the meantime – here’s some airplane and other pics including Starr, aka SWMBO (she who must be obeyed).

And YES, Chris Schultz, Starr & I look forward to many more fun, fly-in adventures!!

Cheers, Tailwinds and Merry Christmas!! . . . to ALL a good FLIGHT!!
-- Tony

Hello Tony, I want to thank you and Star for a fantastic time, even though I was just there for the day I had an awesome time, seeing everyone and meeting new friends is always a treat, Thanks again.

P.S
I meant to talk to you about the electronic ignition on your 18, the last I heard you were testing a new unit (name escapes me) can you share your thoughts and experiences with this unit with us? Would greatly appreciate it, thanks.
