Replacing the AmeriKing AK-451 that is currently installed in N78NP. Looking at Artex ELT-1000, Artex ELT-345, and Kannad Ameri-Fit What say ye? Also, bought of couple of guides from Cubes, for the pitch trim cable, to help eliminate the bowing on the traditional installation when spinning the wheel. As far as the trim cable goes: I had one just aft of the seats (inside the baggage area tunnel) and one just forward of the sticks where it exited the forward tunnel. I removed both of them and installed electric pitch trim and its one of the best mods I have done. After further thought, the second one was likely at or near the trim wheel located between the seats......sorry, its been a few years. |
