Sun 'n Fun Chapter 454 has reserved a limited number of air conditioned dorm rooms for AirVenture 2021 in Oshkosh, WI. The event runs from July 26 to Aug 1, 2021. We can get into the rooms the Saturday before. The cost is $125 per night double occupancy. We must make a one night deposit for each room by January 15, 2021. UWO will only accept payment from one group leader so all payments will be sent through me. UWO has modified the group room contract to accommodate COVID concerns giving us a bit more lee way for refunds. They also opened the door for more reservations. Phil, PM me with your email, cell, and dates. I'll Email you further instructions. For all, our Thorp activities are usually toward the end of the week, although nothing has been published yet. |

I'm working on scheduling the forum right now ... I was (as Bob stated) planning on mid week for the forum and Friday for a dinner. Open to suggestions though. |

We’re just a couple weeks away from Oshkosh. I’m making plans to leave Florida on Saturday am and get close. That way I can get an early start on Sunday morning and arrive before the masses begin arriving as the day progresses. Dorm check in starts Sunday afternoon. Hopefully there will be numerous other Thorps on the line by early afternoon. Terry N218TH |

I think the forum for the past few years has been a bit lackluster (that’s on me) can I get some suggestions on topics we’d like to cover? This is hard with a 58 year old design but please suggest anything the group would like to cover. |
