Help!

I have been fighting a small vibration issue, and am wondering if anybody has some suggestions as it is driving me crazy. I have had the prop balanced, I isolated the exhaust hangers, I have ensured that the baffling is not touching the cowling, and yet I still get some vibration.

I am considering changing the engine mounts. I think mine are at least 25-years old and am wondering if the rubber may be hardened??

Thanks so much. Any and all suggestion most welcome!!

You might be surprised at what a new set of vibration isolators can do.

The underside of my wing has a small ding in it right on the edge where the center section fairing lies. I had a vibration that drove me nuts until I put some tape over that ding to stop the fairing from vibrating in the wind. It's amazing how much noise and vibration that little bit of movement caused.
