Hi Lee,
I wonder if it would be possible to organize the recient posts by thread. So if one can look at the left column and see the most recient post in a thread and the next most recient post in another thread. So if there are three posts in one thread it will only show up once. That would make it quicker to scan the recient threads. An example of this method is The Biplane Forum. Just a thought.

I always used the thorplist format link, that way I could read through the list of the most recent posts without having to go through all of the other posts in each topic that I have already read. Is that option no longer available. Thanks, I hate to pester you with this when you could be working on the plane instead.

OK the link "View New Posts" is equivalent to the old "ThorpList" format folks.
