While we may not always be able to get your Thorp in a hangar, we will do our best to get you squared away if ever in the Lakeland, FL (KLAL) area.

Also if you are close and are broke down I have a full shop with plenty of parts and aircraft spruce 15 miles away! Can always jump in my bird and bring what you need along with tools to get the job done!

I just rented a 52' wide T hanger in Newton, KS (EWK) for my T-18. 20 miles north of the high Wichita gas prices. I am sure two more thorps would fit.

If your wings fold, I can fit you in my hangar, as I have both myself and a Jungster Bi-Plane in there - if not, I have charmed enough around here to probably find cover for your T-18 in econo, or perhaps even first class heated accommodations, depending on what brand of fermented adult beverage you possess and are willing to share upon arrival. Worst case - $25 overnight fee in the local FBO hangar, and I can sometimes get that waved, depending on the duty roster.

I could fit a second Thorp in my T hanger. And if a small group comes in I could probably find a home for a couple more. Ankeny, IA (IKV)
