Bill, I pray that you, Bob, and the families are all okay. From the forecasts it looks as if it came right over you guys. I'm sure the power is out, but when you get a chance drop us a line and let us know how you fared, and if there is anything we can do to assist.

Thanks for all the prayers and wishes of the greatest group of airplane people in the world. Bill and I and our families made it through just fine. Homes had no damage and I am now stealing gas from the Thorp. Hangar held and even was dry inside despite a direct hit from a monster cat II hurricane. Thanks for thinking of us! we are fine.

The eye of the storm passed directly over our house at about 12:13 last night. The house shook, power went off, we went to bed. Lucky it was a Cat 1 or a weak Cat 2 storm. Never thought it would come to Lakeland, so much for our high price weather forecasters. Our local Fox channel predictions was the closest. We just got our power back on and all looks good. Spent the day sawing the pine trees that fell in my yard. ow KY Dam
