Here's a spreadsheet I did. You'll need to load it, then save it to your hard drive and reload to make changes. Just change the white areas and the yellow areas will change themselves. It's probably overkill, but I made it as universal as I could, and put in tables to add and remove items, multiple graphs, etc. The units are entered separately to allow use of meters & kilos.
