I've just finished the late summer/fall project at "Walton Aviation". This is our good friend Ken Morgan's airplane which was involved in a runway excursion which put it (and Ken) on it's back over a year ago. Thankfully Ken came out of it OK (thanks to the Thorp roll-bar) but the plane took a hit. While Ken had a look at the rest of the airplane I volunteered to take care of the fuselage.

The sad thing is that I will actually sleep better now knowing another Thorp is soon to be back on the active roster.

On a side note my shop will be empty soon, anyone have a project they need repaired and or completed?

That is some mighty fine repair work ! [8D] Not sure where you find the time to do it ? You must have a secret stash of kryptonite to maintain your super human powers ! As far as NX115RX is concerned...my broken wrist bone has healed nicely, but the nerves took a major hit. Unable to lift anything larger than a 12 oz can. [:p] Taking on the smaller jobs like wire soldering until the nerves are back in place. Still hope to start taxi tests by the first of the year. [;)]

Thanks once again Rich! No magical powers, just a very loyal Golden Retriever who begs to go out and work in the garage with me every night ... usually by making plenty of noise right when Mrs. Walton's favorite shows are on!

Truly man's best friend!
