Ok guys I'm finally putting my money where my mouth is! I've started loading the complete set of newsletters into the new site. These are accessible through the "members only" link or the "Downloads" link. Now that in itself is not a big deal, the really cool thing is that the new CMS (that's content management system to all you non IT people) now allows a full text search of the newsletter from the T18.net "Search" window. Finally, every one's questions answered at the click of a few keys/buttons! Be patient though guys, I'm only up to Newsletter #10, I'll try to do 10 a day for the next couple weeks. |

Lee: Thank you with regard to the NL's, now us old farts can stop reinventing the wheel regarding a topic and and posting the info time and time agian ! if someone wants the info on a particuliar subject they can they can research it. Just like we did in the time of the "Round Engines !" RB |

All 143 original Newsletters have now been loaded on the main site (http://thorpaircommand.com). I've received a few inquires about some of the other custom features that I had added to the old forum. My next task is reimplementing them on the main site. Member Map Thorp Map ThorpList Archive etc ... |
