Is there any guidance on holes in the the aft spar carry through spar (under the seat) in terms of size or spacing from the fuselage side wall? I am currently installing ADSB and need to run cables to the tail. The builder spaced the existing holes about 5 inches from the fuselage sidewall. I'd like to run them inside those holes but do not want to compromise the structure by getting too close the aft spar attachment points. Thoughts?

All of my forward and aft running wires are in the fuselage hidden behind the interior panels. The only exception I can think of is the wires for the trim which are secured inside the top of the tunnel.
