Has there been a tally of the T-18's flown in the U.S.? The FAA registry currently lists about 425 T-18 (plus a few more S-18) -- assuming I did the on-line query correctly. Many of those won't be flying, and a number have likely already dropped off the registry.

I'd have guessed there would be more registered. From what I've read, the plane was quite popular for decades, and of course continues to be built today.

It is hard to get an accurate number as many are listed as a "Cubes Special". I think Lee did a dedicated search a while ago. I forget the final number. 650?
