I am looking for a Baffle kit for my O-290-D2. Anybody have set they are will to sell?

I have been told that Vans may have a pattern, but I haven't heard back from my efforts to contact their support team.

Thanks!

I used the Vans full size paper templates for my 0-360 and also copied Dan Eggleston's enclosed plenum set-up for my engine. The end result came out great !

I traced a set I had from years ago for my O320. If you don’t get anywhere with Vans, let me know and I’ll send them to you.

I am building my baffles from the drawings in the Tony Bingelis Book "On Engines". Your probably aware of the book. He has a drawing on page 71 that shows the baffles on a 1" grid pattern. I haven't built them yet but have made the paper templates and think they should work. You could probably get the book on eBay for $20. I tried to upload a photo of the drawing to this reply but am having issues. Get me your email and I can send you the photo. Tom

I think a person could make those drawings work. As an aside, I did not install the panel across the front. It doesn’t seem to matter.

Sealing the front of the engine made a huge difference in my O-360 installation.

Thanks for everybody input. Tom Durkee (Van's Support) sent me Full-scale O-320 PDF drawings. I am heading to Office Depot to get them printed. I'll post how these work out.

I really appreciate the help!!!
