About to do the W&B I have no plans. I'm guessing you weigh it with the tail up like in flight?

You are correct. Check Tony Benglis and his process for weighing A/C. Do you have a set of scales ? I found a place that rents a set of "certified" A/C scales at the local airport for $35.00/day. A steal !

Put the level on the reinforcing strip on the fuselage side. Then level across the canopy tracks at the seat back.
That will put the plane in the proper attitude for the job. WARNING! The tail is real high and very light on the tail wheel. Don't let it tip over! You will find over 400+ pounds on each of the mains. A bathroom scale won't cut it.
