Does everyone use the per plans rudder pedals, or has a suitable replacement become the new standard?

I have the plans pedals in my T-18. I think they are great.

I saw a Cessna set in a Thorp, he had rudder pedal clearance problems. I'm with Scott- Can't beat the plans built. light and simple.
Ryan, you need a set?

118 BC has Cessna style rudder pedals with brakes on both sides. The forward interior panels were being rubbed by them (but had been doing so for 35 years) I am currently replacing the interior and replacing the original cardboard side panel backing with .025 aluminum with no cover over them next to the rudder pedals (just engine turning) I now have about .250 clearance and should have no issue.

If anyone needs per-plans pedals and brakes, I have a set I can part out.

Brand new rudder cables in 1/8 too, and a perfectly fine set in 3/32.

PM me.
