Hello Fella's, Reading previous post at some time there were decals of of the Thorp Air Command made up and sold (upper right of the website page). Got a hold of Cubes but he doesn't have them anymore. Does anyone have a couple to sell? I want to put them on my vertical stabilizer. Thanks! As IRa isn’t answering- I had my daughter make a vector file of this design. It’s currently at the local sign shop for evaluation- as in ‘how much will it cost’. I did ask if there was a price break and if so what number. What’s the interest level on getting a batch of theses made. I’ll be putting 2 on my vertical fin....who else? Thanks |

Okay, here’s the size and description of the TAC graphic. I’ve used this material previously on a Grumman we had and the life span and qualitymis top notch. If I order 50 , they will be 10.00 each. Smaller quantities raised the price. As there are requests for roughly 10 already- 50 isn’t a huge order - very doable. Let’s see what the commitment number is after the holiday weekend and we’ll go from there. Thanks Terry

Alright, the timing was ideal. I gave the go ahead yesterday for 50 TAC graphics. The sign shop was able to get the order in today’s production. I picked up all 50 this afternoon. In the morning I’ll compile a list of You that have expressed interest. I’ll need your name and where you want the decal to be mailed. They will be placed In a Manila envelope with a piece of cardboard inside to keep the decal flat. I’ll also enclose some directions on how I found best to install these graphics. I found and ordered photo mailers that will arrive Monday. That should be a better shipping solution. I installed the graphics on 218TH yesterday- you’ll have to take my word that they look good, cuz I am. Not posting photos of the airplane until it’s all back together.... |
