Build it in off center so you can service it. It will also clear any future autopilot actuator.

Tony,
If you look at this thread in it's entirety I think you have what you need .. the attach from the actuator to the flap cables is captured early on (3/8 Bolt, bushings, 1/8 alum stock, 1/4 Bolts, AN115 shackles, and cable thimbles and sleeves. Later on you see the attach from the airframe to the actuator (1" angle, 3/8 Bolt)
