I saw that, and have the switches in the "trim project" box. I'm thinking the prudent thing is to try to make the manual system work, good suggestion. Failing that, it's electric.

You can remove the stabilizer and fin/rudder this will allow you access to the inside rear bulkhead. Make a template of the motor mounting holes, drill from the aft side. You can reach thru the bulkhead and mount the motor. wire, install jackshaft (it slides in and out to allow for the screw shaft)
