There is a T-18 on BS that doesn't have flaps.

Can they be added now or must it be done at construction?

What difference in approach speed is there between no flap and flap +10?????

I've already answered Dean privately but just for future reference for anyone else interested in this airplane (assuming he does not buy it.)

It is possible to add flaps to a no flap wing but not without considerable effort. I flew my airplane for several months without flaps and once I got used to it, it did not bother me at all. The stall speed is somewhat (5-7 mph) lower but the primary advantage of flaps is the steeper approach angle.
