Anyone have one for their plane? Which one did you get?

Good question. I think mine is #2.
I worked with them last year in designing an engine cover. That should be available too.

Great for those cross countries. Think mine is the extended.

My cover is the T18-000, they did extend the front bib to 13" from the wind shield so it would cover the fuel door.

This is why you have a canopy cover 8) , taken the end of Dec '08

Another view taken at Sun-n-Fun on Mon after the show, on Tues 5 Thorps headed to the Bahamas for even more fun in the sun. >:D

You’ll like the cover. Most guys put Saran Wrap across the windshield and canopy to keep water out.

Now you tell me Terry, I could have used that tip on the way home from Oshkosh when over nighting in Iowa and a heavy rain storm came through. Had to dry the seat cushions before departing.

Sorry Bruce, I too had to learn the hard way. My expectation was that the cover would be water proof. It was only after it rained heavy and my seats got wet....Cubes tells me about the Saran Wrap trick. Worked well all the time that 218TH sat out this summer waiting for its new hangar to be completed. Now the wrap is part of my travel kit.

Terry, you might have to leave that in primer with the stars and bars. She is really looking fighterish.

Terry - told ya...:)

Bruce - sorry - I should have told you about the saran wrap - Cubes and I used it in 2011 (I think) during the wetting of the entire OSH week - an idea conjured from Lee Walton as I recall - didn't matter though, I think I wetted the seat upon waking up from an unplanned cruise snooze in a less than desirable attitude.

I am currently subletting a hangar but will need to vacate when the guy returns from down south in a few weeks (I'm in Oregon, near Hillsboro/Portland). Would love to get a full set of covers that protects the whole airplane once I am bounced outside. I have a Bruce's canopy cover (the short one), but ideally want to cover the entire airplane (engine/prop/spinner/wings/tail). Anybody know of such a set of covers, Bruce's or otherwise? Or does anyone have one I can rent/borrow/purchase? Probably will need it for a year or two while they build new hangars at my home field (7S3, Starks Twin Oaks Airpark). Thanks a bunch. N118BC

Bruce’s and I went round and round designing a forward fuselage/engine cover for our birds. The end result is pretty solid and adjustable. I don’t know of any covers for other parts of the plane.
