The plane is now at Corona (AJO) Airport. Still interested in selling. Make an offer. Tel 951-567-5760. e-mail at: jfkenton@gmail.com. I hate to say this, but I was participating in the original web forum a lot more than I am now. I have to make an effort to come to this site while the old system came to you. jk |

Jack, the two forums have the same exact functionality. You just have not subscribed to any topics. And I "hate to say this" but for what you are paying ... Youre getting a heck of a deal. |

I've lost a buyer. I'm still flying the plane, but it is still for sale. Last CI was March 2014. |

Jack : How about some detailed pics of the aircraft , inside and out ? All Ad's complied with ? Compress test ? 79/80 ? Last time the wings were folded ? Do the wings pass the LS Check List with regard to play in the flight position with the pins installed ? RB |

Compression of the O-320 has been running in the mid to low 70's. It fires up like a champ and, while it isn't what one especially wants to do, it is an easy engine to start by hand-propping it (actually haven't done it in years). Wings are, in my opinion, rock solid. I haven't folded the wings in 10 years or so. We did replace the oil pump gear. As far as T-18 recommendations, I never tore the wing apart to add the second row of rivets -- and the wing skin looks okay. So here are some pic's. |
