Looking for wheel pants. I like Bob's style shown on N711SH with the 30 yr anniversary. PM's appreciated.

Thanks

I have the mold for Bob's and several others wheel pants. Come to Florida and lay up a set.

Les,
Have you looked at the Team Rocket pants? http://www.teamrocketaircraft.com/TeamRocketAircraftcgi/hazel.exe?CLIENT=63751220&SEARCH_LOGIC=%2B&SEARCH_KEY_CAT=&SEARCH_LOGIC=%2B&SEARCH_KEY_PRICE=&SEARCH_LOGIC=%2B&SEARCH_COMP=%3A&SEARCH_KEY_KEYWORDS=wheel+pants&SEARCH_LOGIC=%2B&PIX=&DET=&SEARCH_MAXHITS=10&SUBMIT_ACTION_SEARCH=Begin+Search&client=63751220 they are similar to the Van's pants but less expensive.

Les,
I have a set of wheel pants available, they're fresh layups that need to be joined down the centerline though.

'Feisty' has wheel pants with a ridge on each side running from front to back.
Who made those? They seem fairly common on older T-18s and Mustangs?

Those are Rattray wheel pants ... Have a set of those laying around if anyone wants them.

Thanks Lee!
Although there is nothing wrong with my patched up old Rattray pants, they probably are not the best by today's standard.
They do increase 'Feisty's' top speed @ 4000 MSL by about 10 or 12 MPH. So they are worth having, but I think the newer style, especially if it covers the brake would be better.
So any of you who are on a shoe-string budget, (I KNOW I've been there!) Don't fly your T-18 without pants if all you can afford is the Rattray.
