Since I already have a wing that is built. that I am in the process of repairing. And the strut attach plate is already built, drilled etc. All I can do is measure the dimension of the existing holes. But even t his is not 100% sure that they are perfectly round.

So I'm wondering if I were to ream out the holes so I KNOW they are round and the exact diameter. If it is ever so slightly oversized, will I be able to find a bold diameter to best fit this now potentially SLIGHTLY oversized hole and achieve the proper "tight" fit?

I guess what I'm asking is do they make bolts that are oversized bythousandsth of an inch so that I can simply buy off the shelf oversized bolts. Rather than having to potentially construct new strut plates?
