Anyone have a canopy they want to sell?? Figure I would check before buying new. It is far beyond repairing.

Thanks,
Phil

I have heard, so I don't know if it is a fact, that as plastic canopy's age, they get more brittle and thus more suceptible to cracking. So you may want to consider whether you will actually save any money for the use of an older canopy versus a new "fresh" canopy if you end up craking the old one and have to buy another anyhow.

Again, maybe this is just an old vicisous rumor/wives tale spread by the internet by people like me!

More canopy fun.

My canopy has been on for 35 years and is still serviceable. Since acrylics are moisture sensitive, spending most of its life in Florida probably hasn't hurt it any.

That's Duke watching me drill his $1400 canopy. Bob and I are helping him install the plastic on his S18.
Damn I'm getting too old to do this !
