I am surprised by the vibration, what are you using now?

I have a prince prop on my 180 hp Thorp. It runs smooth and has good performance. My only complaint is that like most wood props the finish erodes even in light rain.

Call Mike Demuth at Aymar-Demuth props He will talk your leg off but he has the best prop out there for what you want.

Speaking of wood props, I applied Stewart Systems Evershield Ceramic Surface Treatment to the leading edges of my AD prop. I also applied it to the leading of the wing, tail, cowl inlet and front end of the wheel pants. It is suppose to help prevent blade erosion and chips to paint. Also claims to make bugs "slide off." It has been on now for about 10 hours and I see no evidence of blade erosion (from ground debris). Have not flown in rain yet. A 2 oz. bottle goes a long way. I applied it with a hobby air brush gun (preferred method). I only used about half ( 1 oz ) for the prob, wings, tail, inlets and wheels pants. I report back when I get a few more hours on the stuff. Might be Snake Oil in a 2 oz bottle ?

Perhaps vibration is the wrong word lack of smoothness would be a better word
It runs like a cessna not smooth like some planes with composite props
