Hey Folks,

Just thought you might all like to know that Walt Giffin's N78WG clicked past 3000 hours this weekend flying over Atlantic City, NJ. From what I understand, Walt flew about 2400 of those hours. We have added just under 300 to the tach the past 3 years, so there is a lot of catching up to do if we hope to catch up to Walt's hours. I know there are a few others, but how many Thorps have flown past 3000 hours? Any 4000 hour birds out there?

wow, that's amazing. I'm curious to see the responses to your question. Your plane has to be near the top.

Great testament to our fine airplanes. I passed 3000 hours last year in my 1984 model.
