That is a good looking panel. I wish I could get my wiring to look neater. Any tips?

Yep...plan it out which way the wires will go . Group all the engine instrument wires together , all the cb's together , etc. Leave a little extra at the ends in case you have to replace a terminal end or move the wire to another location . Use plenty of mini zip ties to keep the wire bundles nice and neat ! ;) Be sure to label all the wires and log them in a wire key for future reference . I guarantee you will never remember what wire is what w/o a key ! ::) Above all else Pin Up Art is a must on the wall ! 8) My Fraser in Kilt is getting a little old and needs to be replaced ! :o

how many degrees did you bend the bottom portion of your panel in order to assure you missed the fuel tank?

Ryan...I could be wrong , but that looks like the plans built angle and it also had the rounded bottom radius if I see it right ? ???

After a trip to the hanger, my dash is 55 degrees with a 1" turn back at the bottom.

I spent yesterday running more wires behind the panel. Connecting ground wires, determining which devices for which breakers and fuses. At the end of the day I was able to test the panel lighting. I love progress. Another day like that and I'll have all the fuse wiring done- be able to wire some molex connectors and have the service loop done and be ready to install the panel for good.
