OK, that's a chronometer all right - a fancy clock. That shouldn't be connected to a pressure switch, but who knows? Do you have a separate Hobbs, & is it working?
I might have to take back everything I said about Rich. :P
I'm still hoping the light goes out when you disconnect the switch.

John,
The clock has a flight time input and with it attached to the oil preasure switch it would work the same as my Dynon EMS when it detects the engine is running the flight timer is running. The FAA says you can log the time from engine start to shut down as flight time.

There is an easier way to log flight time . "Fly What You Want , Log What You Need !" You can say what you want about me . It still won't mean anything !

Hmmm... the electrical spec sheet for the Davtron M800 doesn't show a separate input for that, just main power input for the unit itself. There is an option for a backup battery (AA) to maintain the correct time when unit is powered down.
I think that MAYBE the clock was wired to this switch for it's main power, & the switch is bad. Again, try to disconnect the wires from the switch & see if the light goes out. If so, I think I'd get that switch from Vans. Also check if your clock has a backup battery & replace it if necessary. Hopefully the clock (chronometer) is OK.
