Drawing #791 Flap mast collar.

Does the .250 hole in the round tube go all the way through both sides of the tube?

Yep, that's what secures the flap mast to the collar

Once flew a thorp for a year that had the mast in the socket held in purely by a tight fit ... Yeah that's a through bolt!
