If you can get hold of a pneumatic squeezer to do those rivets along all the edges , it will spoil you for life ! I got my hands on one and every rivet is set exactly the same . It also worked great to dimple ! Muey Bueno ! ;)

I use the squeezer quite a bit. The reason is that my air compressor is huge. I don't turn it on if I can get away with a squeezer.

Good measuring tools, Clecos, straight edges, de-burring tools, strap duplicators, a couple of different sized squares, hand files( I sharpened a bunch of old ones and they are still going strong) decent drills, scotch brite pads, rolls of emery paper, spring loaded drill stops, torque wrench, good lighting in the work shop and a decent broom and mat at the door to keep the wife from lecturing on the chips. I think the rest of the tools have been mentioned. I would just buy the tools as required because in many cases tools can be borrowed for short time durations.

Regards,

Jim
