Almost one month to go until Oshkosh 2016!!

The forum this year is on 7/27 (that's Wednesday) at 10:00 AM at the Homebuilder's Hangar. This is the same location where we've been for the past few years. For those who are not sure it's the old NASA hangar behind the old commercial buildings. If still in doubt please see the picture below (Look for "T-18 Forum!").

We will also be doing at least one group dinner. Wednesday and Friday are usually the preferred days. I'll provide the details as they solidify.

Any suggestions regarding the Forum and or general plans is greatly appreciated.

This is the same location we've been at for the past few years as well. Still open to suggestions on a meal earlier in the week. We usually find each other and make it happen but a somewhat planned event my be fun as well.

Pat Eby contacted me and said that Dave will be honored at the wall behind Fergus Chapel Sunday, the 31st of July at 10:00 AM. She would love to see any Thorpers that may be able to attend.

I am asking for fish fest on Tuesday evening instead of Wednesday if possible? That is one of my favorite meals at Osh kosh......for me it is like bratwurst is to Lee!

I have the great fortune to live only 85 miles fro OSH. And next Friday July 7 I and our camping group will be setting up our campers in camp Scholler on the EAA grounds.

I will let you all know where my campsite is located. I will warn you, if you stop by you probably won't be able to leave without eating or drinking something!

If tradition holds, 4:00 PM is when Whiskey Old Fashions begin!

Summer is flying by, but I can't wait to EAA. It is our entire family highlight of the year. With the whole family looking forward to it like a 6 year old waiting for Christmas morning!

If it makes it any easier we can call it Tanqueray and tonic tuesday at Wendt's and I will buy the first round......deal?
