If we launched from Seattle now (11AM Wed) we'd have clear sailing all the way. It the trip home that's not looking at all good particularly through the mid-west Sun & Mon, it might take us till Thur or Fri to return. Not gonna happen this year, we'll try for next year.

Note: it's a bit more than 1600 nmi Seattle to Ky Dam.

The Florida guys are packing now and hope to have wheels in well by nine, should arrive mid afternoon after a stop in Murray to pick up a car. Looks like great weather all the way this year

where are they in evansville? I wouldn't mind stopping by and having a look at them but full disclosure I'm not a purchaser. Just wouldn't mind seeing more thorp builds if you will be at the hangar this weekend. I'm planning saturday morning-evening at kentucky dam.

That catfish lunch was excellent! Murray airport is one nice place.

I had a great time! albeit short it was well worth the flight to enjoy flying and the company. Thanks for everyone at KY dam!

It was a great weekend. Always good to catch up with old friends and the flying weather was perfect if hot. I am embarrased at how quickly I got home, can’t wait to do it all over again.
