I had a Bruce fuselage cover for my Beech Sierra. The airplane spent just a few months on the ramp before I got a hangar. So the cover was stowed in the bag for most of the 12 years I owned the airplane. I don't know how old it was as it came with the airplane when I bought it. But, when I sold the airplane, while the cover was in good shape, the thread deteriorated to the point it was unusable by the new owner.
