I agree! It seems that one thorp or another has been out front a lot lately. Maybe we are making a comeback.

When I started this thread I completely missed the fact that there was another picture in the homebuilt coverage that had 4 more Thorps in it, including David & Karen Read's Lindy award winner. And as I told you personally back then, congratulations David & Karen... the Lindy was truly deserved and something to be very proud of! It was really great to see the turnout of so many Thorps there this year... way to go guys!

I've just been zooming around lately, racing Cubs & the like, and dodging wind turbines. 8)

Hope you all had a good time at Kentucky Dam this weekend!

Thanks John! I missed that picture. I think I can speak for all who attended when I say it was a great weekend in Kentucky, friends old and new. Flying and too much food.
