Oshkosh 2022 is July 25th through the 31st
This time we will check-in under a new group name of "Thorp T-18 Group"
Deposits are $125 (air-conditioned) or $75 (non-air-conditioned) and are due by October 11, 2021
Room rates are $125/night (plus $12.50/night tax) for air conditioned and $75/night (plus $7.50/night tax) for non-air conditioned

Here is a breakdown of the deadlines for 2022:
1. All rooms must be confirmed by paying deposit on or before OCTOBER 11, 2021.
2. Full payment for all reserved rooms is received on or before JUNE 15, 2022.
3. Group reservation becomes 100% non-refundable after July 15, 2022 at 5:00PM CDT

Along with your deposit, I need to know your check-in and check-out dates by OCTOBER 11. Please PM me with your check-in check-out dates and I will give you my mailing address for you to mail your deposit check. Did I mention I need your check by October 11th?!

Since this is my first rodeo, hopefully I did not omit any information you need, but if I did, just sing out.

Lodging will be available for first check-in on Friday July 22, 2021 and last check-out on Monday August 1, 2021.

Due to COVID, UW Oshkosh has extend their final room roster deadline to February 19th. So, if you still want to get a dorm room for OSH 2022, you still have time. You can still get a non air-conditioned room (as of a couple weeks ago anyway), and/or you can get on the waiting list for an air-conditioned room.

We have one non-air-conditioned room available in our T18 group that has become available from 7/24-/30. You can take some (min 3 days required by UW Oshkosh) or all of these dates. Let me know if your interested. Its right around the corner!
