Not sure what exactly this means ... but worth looking into.

It's either 5K for an 0-360, 5K for a T-18 airframe or 5K for both.

I called the gentleman who posted the add on Barnstormers. The airplane was found in a double walkout basement garage. The owner had died and the family closed the house. Later opened it to clean it out. The aircraft was complete but not assembled as described to me. The 0-360 had a yellow tag and the prop had an overhaul tag by an Atlanta prop shop. Instrumentation in the panel, canopy and windscreen attached to the fuselage as well as the rudder. I asked for pictures to see the metal work. Before they were sent to me, it was purchased by someone who drove out to look at it. Probably was a great deal for $5000
