Done several engine swaps but this will be the first on a thorp! Goal is 3 weeks start to finish with two full time jobs. Corprate pilot and running a maintenance shop. I will try to pust updates and please any tips please speak up!

Can't upload the pic from my iPhone but took the engine off today I between some jobs about 2 hrs total.

Chris-if you end up wanting to sell that prop that came with the 0-290, I would be interested to talk to you about it. I think my prop has a little too much pitch on it and Im looking to find a good cruise prop.

In with the new! 0360 Installed! Had to pull the rear facing sump off and Just so has it my buddy needs it for his hiper bipe and has a front facing sump!

Ray,

Sold the FF with everything for $2K it was making metal is what the last owner said. I didnt even check because i had the 360 in the hangar.

I would love to if I'm not out on a trip. The plane is at Tara (4a7) which is right down the road fron b-hill. I used to fly out of there and have friends that have planes there. I live closer to there than my hangar but couldnt get customers to fly in there for maintenance. Let me know when you will be around I'd love to come look and get some ideas!
