Indeed! It would be hard to top that. Great venue, great company, great weather. Thanks MUCH to all who made it happen and made it work... especially the Eby's for providing the shuttle/refreshment van.

Of course, the down side was that now I have more stolen ideas which ought to add another year or two to my restoration. .... OR maybe it's just time to stop fixing things that aren't broken so I can bring MLMP to Kentucky Dam.

I know what you mean Dick. There are so many great innovators in the group. I strategically tried to keep my nose out of all the planes for fearing I would see the next great mod that I had to do to mine. Ky Dam would be an awfully tall order for me, but....

"Team Maine" made it home yesterday (Thursday) morning at 8am after 27.5 hrs on the tach. We chased a low the whole way back, turns out it was to our advantage since we where forced to land and visit some great cities along the way (little Rock, Arkansas and Nashville, Tn) to name a few. Special thanks to Lee for hosting, Bob Highley for the formation classes, Cubes (man I'm terrible, can't keep up with the Frase) and Dave Eby for carting our tails around, keeping us refreshed and sharing T18 information. Had a great time! Keep up the enthusiasm.

N711SH and N30WW are back in their home hangar in Florida after a 3.5 hr flight this AM from New Orleans. All went well including great service by the Flightline First FBO crew at New Orleans' Lakefront Airport. They arrainged for an "instantaneous" rental car and deep discount "Crew Rates' for the hotel and hotel parking.
