OK Guys and Gals, here is the motel info for the KVIS Gathering: Holiday Inn Front desk Phone number will be 1-559-651-5000. Comfort Inn Suites Phone, 1-559-651-3700. The motels are across the street from the airport and easy to get to. I will be at the airport on Friday if there are those who wish to arrive on Friday. Friday evening we will dine at Tahoe Joes steakhouse and the Ira has offered up his place for socializing and beverages after dinner. He has a place set up for this and it is real nice.......Dan

Looks like John Kerr and El Pollo Loco (RB) will arrive on Friday mid day....can't check into the "no tell motel" until 1500 anyway. We really enjoyed the nite at Tahoe Joe's on Friday nite ! A re pete is in order. Being retired does have it's benefits ! No job, no schedule, don't care ! O0 Shoot the S _ _ T at the hangar for a while and then check in. Shower and shave and be ready for a nite of action !

Count me in as well.... Although, that probably goes without saying seeing that I'm only a mile away.

Anyone care to say where KVIS gathering is?

Like location: City, town, village, a state would help as you guys in the States have so many.

To help a lost Canadian.

I will not be able to attend this year, however no bookings for next year, yet.

Cheers

Hi Victor, KVIS is the Visalia Municipal airport just on the west edge of the City Of Visalia here in California. We are centrally located in the San Joaquin Valley just to the east side up close to the foothills of the Central Seirra Nevada Mountains.Hope this helps......Dan

Mr. Dan : If you post the dinner menu for Saturday I think you will have a FULL house and ramp ! The chow last year was OUTSTANDING ! ;) Make sure that electric bike of yours is charged up ! It sure was handy traveling from your hangar to the outhouse ! ???

Well, I went and sampled some Mexican food from a local well known Haunt here in Tulare, and there food is very good, but it lacked the Special Kick that authentic home cooked Mexican Food has. Well, the Gals just wouldnt have it, they have opted to cook all the food homemade!! Asada, refried beans, rice salad, might be som chili verde there homemade salsa tortillas you can bet there will be a spread there that you will want to put your chops on. Then there are the deserts, just got hungry talk to y'all later....Dan
